Whisper Rock is a residential golf community in North Scottsdale just off of Scottsdale Road. Whisper Rock offers an 18 hole golf course designed by Phil Mickelson. A second course is in the planning stages. Membership valued at $130,000 is 90% refundable and is not tied to land ownership. Two sponsors must invite a member to join. Monthly dues are $708.
Prices of homes range from $1,500,000 to $3,000,000+.
